a 'how-to' by anna.

Babies are so stinkin' cute. I just love babysitting - and I've been doing it a lot lately. This afternoon I decided to be active while the kids played wii. While lifting weights the older one asked, "Can you do a cartwheel?" So after about 25 of them, I ran upstairs to get my camera and shot some of myself doing them and then I saw what the little one did :) SO STINKIN CUTE! Sorry for the terrible quality - you will have to view it big to read it.

For some reason my right handed body will REFUSE to do a right handed cartwheel. I live with only knowing how to perform a left handed cartwheel.

These two pictures took forever and a day to upload I wish I had patience to upload more.

This week has been babysitting jam packed. The secret to having fun is to bring your own toys and games. The kids will love them because they are new and different and you will love them because they are cooler than reading the same book over and over again.

On Friday this little man and I COVERED his driveway with beautiful art!

haha actually I did most the covering - he only drew those faint scribbles.

Pinkie's Up

I was very thirsty after work yesterday and so I bought some orange juice. Kent bought a 2 liter bottle of apple soda.

Spying

This is what I see on my walk home from work every Monday Wednesday Friday at 4:00pm. Someday I will forget this fabulous view and miss it. So here's a picture.

On this particular picture-taking-mood day I realized that Kent Buys walks home from work at the same time. So I decided to spy. 

After a disguised "how was your day honey?!" phone call, I found out that I had time to make the move and spy on him.

It was so fun and so sneaky

This is a WAY zooomed up picture of his reaction to my "looking sexy" whistle... I'm not sure how to type that. Then he came running to me like the movies.

He jumped up onto the fence and kissed me. It was fun sneaking up on him. I recommend it! But make sure you know the person. If you don't, that's what facebook is for. 

Then gave me a baby scone and grabbed the camera to take a picture of me. It came out with some model material:

Picture Updates

I take pictures for the BYU-Idaho website/brochures they need. Last week these four lucky people get to be on the cover of the "New Student Guide" for the school. (These brochures get sent out to the new students - it's like a checklist for them). 

Kent and I do a lot of homework on the BIG MACS in the Spori because of my intense graphic design class. 

We will miss these good times once we get a car :)

COTTAGE CHEESE! Kent got blue and Anna got pink for boy/girl. We like it with pears and peaches.

Work

Guess who went and spied on Kent at work this week?

That's right, his future wifey.

Up at 5:35am

matchy-matchy

Kent and I got up at 5:35am this morning to register for classes. Our apartment internet is terrible, so we met up on campus. Registration started at 6am and Kent was done getting all his classes by 6:07am. I finally finished at 6:45am and then we went to go get a smoothie and a breakfast sausage thing, which was SO GOOD! ps we got 3 classes together! I'm so excited!! and one of them is a social dance class! :)

We sat there and talked for a while about the future and how he feels about his job. We are both so grateful for the job he has now, but we are going to keep our eyes out for another one. I will be keeping my photography job for next semester.

Registering for classes made me think of my roommates that I had my first semester, and now. They are such lovely ladies!
