FAT and HOT

I'm not really in the mood for this, I feel FAT and really HOT! OOOhh lala. says Anna. I just finished eating a Sunday lunch with Anna. It was delicious and somewhat healthy.:) She had a peanut butter and banana grilled sandwich with heath bits and I had a tortilla with peanut butter, bananas, heath bits, marshmallows, and chocolate syrup all rolled up and grilled! ahhhh soooo delicious, and lots of protein.mmm After knowing what I ate, you now know why I feel so FAT. It was sooo good though. Anna was just laying outside on her cement porch because she was hot, she is sooo funny. Anna and I have been pretty good about eating healthier meals, but we have also been eating many cookies, peanut butter bars, and anything with sugar!:) So I guess it all equalizes itself out. Church was great today! I learned about being prepared and that as we are prepared, we receive confidence. That is very true! Church was great also because I was able to see my sweet pea Anna! She looked soo beautiful today in her dress! Tonight Anna and I are going to have a bit of fun curling my hair and coming up with some fun hair styles:) I'm excited, and I think it will remind me of my childhood when my older sister would dress my brother and I up like girls. Kent and I took a visit to DI and on the way we found a cool place to take photos and spotted this cat. I remember my cat Calpurrrrnia (Callie) catching mice and birds and bringing them to dad. It was very sweet and polite of her not to eat them. But what about this guy? It amazes me how a cat can live off of dead animals or just cheap cat food.

The Cocoa Bean

Ever since Winter Semester 2011 I have been coming here to partake in these heavenly treats. In celebration of our 7 months together, Kent and I went on a date to the Cocoa Bean. The last time we went together was the night before I left. Thank goodness no one is leaving tomorrow!

Their drinks are made from cocoa bean, instead of coffee bean.. mmmm!

We had a little fun taking pictures :) I love this goof ball.

Dying to see it

In my English class there is this screen where "BYU-IDAHO" in 3D letters swivels and bounces around the screen all hour. IT DRIVES ME NUTS! I constantly catch myself watching it for minutes at a time to see if it will ever swivel then bounce into the corner. I'll watch my teacher, but then if I see it move towards the corner I fix my attention on the letters. Guess what?

TODAY I SAW  IT.

It was the most rewarding thing ever. It bounced right into the corner and I smiled.

Good advice

My Sweetie

    While doing some homework at my favorite spot in the BYU-I center, my little sweetie brought me a healthy snack from Paradise Doughnuts. It's our 7 month anniversary (I don't like it when people say that, but I say it now too..) of being together. The doughnut had filling in it, but I squirted it out onto the bag, and I was too excited to eat it, so this is the image you get. sorry. (instead of a clean nice new doughnut)

First day on the job was today! It was so stressful and I didn't really know what he wanted, so I just took some pictures of what I thought I would like to see as an upcoming BYU-Idaho student. I am really nervous, but it was my first time so I'm justifying the quality of the composition of my photos. I'll get better.

Tonight Kentelope and I are going to laser tag at the CRAZE and then a cupcake at the cocoa bean afterwards. My number 1 favorite cupcake is the ultimate brownie. ahhhhhhh eat one.

I have a lot to do, but I don't feel as stressed as I usually do. It's weird and nice. 

Kent and I might also watch the Truman Show tonight for extra credit in one of my classes. Which is awesome because I think that movie's legit and good and has a lot to do with Plato's Allegory of the Cave. Which is pretty sweet.

Cold Sore

General Conference October 2011

         Last night I felt the sore on my lip come. Those are not fun. I woke up early to get a good start on the day and my homework. Since I had all this time I went and ran a bunch of errands that needed to be run around school. I took a trip to the money office and fixed an account thing, I finished an assignment, and printed some things, and then took a trip to the counseling office to talk about majors for me. It helped a little, and now I know what questions to ask myself when I look through the major listings. I still have some prayers to say and some faith and trust to put in the Lord as to how my life should go. I’m a little nervous, but I’ll try to be happy.

           Kenteleope and I ate dinner at the Raricks last night! I love that family. Their kids are so fun and outgoing. We played hulabaloo with everyone and pictonary while Naomi and Sister Rarick sang nusery rhymes together. It was seriously so adorable. Naomi (the three year old) also said the prayer for dinner and she blessed Naomi and Anna and Kent instead of the food. I’m so glad to have met this beautiful family in Kansas and still spend time with them here in Rexburg!

  On Firday night Kent and I also babysat the Raricks, but after that David and Lauren (our almost married friends) picked us up and we all went to twizzleberry. Seriously so good. After a couple games of uno and one round of “ziltch” we made a music video – in under an hour! But blogger won't let me upload it. So here is a picture of Kent instead.

Kent and I will begin indexing for family history soon. Our first experience with it: coming soon. Have a happy Monday!
